We created Unicorn World because we think “family-friendly” events should be legitimately fun for every member of the family, and we’ve served more than 225,000 guests!

Get your tickets: Pick your day and time right now. You can also add on any special extras you like, or purchase them the day of your event.

Experience the magic: Arrive at your scheduled time, then stay and play as long as you want (most families plan for about 3 hours).

Why do I have to choose a time slot?
We have the time slots for entry in order to keep the lines at bay the best we can, but once you are inside, you can stay as long as you'd like.
Why is admission $30?
We strive to provide an affordable but first class experience for parents and children alike. The funds from tickets go towards setting up, tearing down, and moving our entire set as well as staffing, refreshing, and innovating our show. Did you know that it takes over 1,000 balloons and 90 people to put on Unicorn World?!
Is this going to be like the failed Willy Wonka experience in the UK?
Absolutely not! Unicorn World has put on 40+ events nationwide and hosted 200,000+ attendees in comparison to the Wonka experiences one failed event.
What accessibility do you have?
The Unicorn World event is wheelchair accessible.
What is included in the tickets?
Kids General Admission Ticket: Admission for kids ages 2 and up. Admission includes access to: the enchanted forest, unicorn stables, photo ops, arts and crafts, reading area, games, toys, and sensory bin area, ball pits, live mermaids and fairies, and dance floor. Face painting, professional photo opportunity, and magical pass for rides and bounce houses available for purchase at the event.
Kids Admission + Magical Pass: Includes admission ticket activities + unlimited access to all Unicorn World rides, balloon bubble houses, & bounce houses!
Kids VIP Admission (Available in select cities): The complete Unicorn World experience! Includes admission ticket activities + unlimited access to all Unicorn World rides, balloon bubble houses, & bounce houses + one digital photo at the professional photo op + one face painting session.
What if there’s inclement weather?
Unicorn World will be held rain, shine, or snow. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable in the case of inclement weather.
Do I purchase tickets online or at the events?
Tickets are sold in advance on this website only. Any tickets available online including admission tickets, unlimited passes, and merchandise bag tickets will not be available for purchase at the event.
Can I use cash?
No, Unicorn World is a cashless event so please bring a credit card if you plan to make purchases at the event.
Do you have sensory-friendly times?
Not yet. We are working on a sensory-friendly option for future events, but at this time we currently see time slots later in the day to be quieter.
Where do I purchase tickets?
Once tickets go on sale they will be available here on this website. Just click Get Unicorn Tickets, click the link for the city you want to attend, where you will be directed to our Eventbrite page, and then “Select a Date” and choose your tickets.

I purchased a Memento Bag. Where do I pick it up?
You will receive your Momento bag when you check-in with your tickets.
Are tickets refundable or exchangeable?
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Unicorn World will be held rain, shine, or snow. No refunds for inclement weather.
Is Unicorn World outdoors?
No, Unicorn World is an indoor event.
How long does it take to go through Unicorn World?
Guests will walk-thru at their own pace. There are many things to see and photograph, so the time it takes someone to go through, is estimated on the pace they move. On average families tend to spend 1.5 – 3 hours inside Unicorn World.
How long will Unicorn World be in my city?
Unicorn World is touring North America and stops for one weekend in each scheduled tour city.
What if I am running late for my scheduled time slot?
Each ticket will include a date and scheduled time for entry. Please arrive as close as possible to the time printed on your ticket. Late arrivals will be accommodated up to 15 minutes past your entry time. We cannot guarantee late entry beyond 15 minutes for the last scheduled entry time each event day.
Do I need to print my tickets?
No. You do not have to print your tickets. You can show the ticket right from your device however, you can bring a printed ticket if you’d like.
My child is 2 years old. Will they need a ticket?
Yes, if your child is 2 years old or above, they will require a ticket. If your child is under 2, their admission is free, and service fees will apply. Children under 2 are free for that individual only, and their guests must purchase advance tickets online.
Children under 2 will also receive free access to the 2 and under bounce houses.
If you would like your child who is under 2 to experience the rides with the help of a parent/guardian, then they will need a ride ticket. The parent/guardian will not be required to purchase a ride ticket.
Are there any size restrictions for the rides?
Our rides are intended for kids but the weight limit for rides is 175 lbs.
Are there bounce house requirements?
I bought a photo from the interactive photo booth. When should I expect to get my photo?
Expect your photo within 1 week of the event.
Will credit cards be accepted?
Yes, Unicorn World is a cashless event so please bring a credit card if you plan to purchase any premium activities.
Where do I park?
Please refer to the venue’s website for specifics on venue parking or nearby parking options.
Will there be food available?
Food and drink options are handled through the venue and there should be various options available.
